Who We Are

William R. Weisberg MD FACEP - Medical Director
      Dr. Weisberg received his MD from Penn State University at the Hershey Medical Center. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Medical Center of Delaware. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.  Dr. Weisberg has 20 years of Emergency Department experience along with 15 years of Occupational medicine experience. He is the Senior Medical Officer of the NJ Disaster Medical Assistance Team and served in relief efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Ike.
      Dr. Weisberg lives in Upper Township with his wife, three children, and dog. He is also an assistant scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 79.

Kenneth E. Cramer MD
      Dr. Cramer earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (the Armed Forces Medical School) in Bethesda, Maryland. He was Chief of the Emergency Department at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida during his twelve year active duty tour with the United States Air Force. He then worked for 5 years as an ER Physician in the trauma center at Largo Medical Center in Tampa, FL. He is board certified in Urgent Care Medicine. Dr. Cramer has also served on a humanitarian medical mission trip to the African countries of Sierra Leone and Liberia with his oldest son.

David Perry MS, PA-C
      David graduated from the Physician Assistants program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Prior to this he attended The College of New Jersey. He is certified by the American Association of Physician Assistants. Before coming to Cape Urgent Care, he worked at a family practice in northern New Jersey. David was born and raised locally. He volunteers at a summer camp for pediatric cancer patients.

Ginger Cowell APRN-BC
      Ginger is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Nursing at Rutgers University. Her experience includes 8 years of emergency department nursing at Cape Regional Hospital and 3 years as an emergency medicine nurse practitioner at Shore Memorial Hospital. She has also participated in various areas of Community health including disaster planning, cancer community outreach and care for the underserved. Ginger has been a Cape May County resident for over 20 years.
